Click ＋ Arm then a hex to place an arm. Drag an arm's base to move it, or drag its tip to spin it around and set its reach. Select an arm and build its tape above. Run plays every arm's tape in parallel, looping. Atoms spawn at FEED, transmute on the pink glyph, and ship at the target ring.
